First Made Egg Pudding.

Today post is about FOOD, DESSERT !! I love dessert so much and planning to make the egg pudding. So, I search some simple recipe for this LAZY people. Want to eat but lazy to make worr... Ok, so I found this simple pretty recipe. Really so so so so simple jek....

What we need to prepare :
*For the pudding*
- 1 egg
- 125ml milk
- 1 Tablespoon sugar

*For the caramel*
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon water

* I prefer to use pudding bottle and I got it when I bought those pudding from dessert house.. Recycle use ma.. Lol ! Be reminded, this recipe is just can make 2 small pudding bottle, if want to make more then just add the ingredients lorr.. so simple jek~

First step - Put 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of water to each pudding bottle, then both bottle just put into the microwave and heat it. Try to heat for 1 minute first and then check it out to see it condition. You should heat until it is boil and become yellow colour (almost look like caramel).

I'm too kia si la, every 30 seconds I will open and see.. =.= because I worry I will kill myself ma. Lol ! So, after the sugar thing is done, you can left it aside and let it cool down before you put it into the fridge.

Second step - Mix your egg with sugar and hit it. After that, add the 125ml milk and mix it well. Then, use a strainer to make the mixture smooth. You know what mean by "wat luet luet, bak luet luet" ? Hahahaha... It mean white and soft/smooth but usually it is use to describe a person skin la, not to food la! So, pour the mixture into the bottle and take it to steam.

I'm lazy and I want it to be done faster, so I put the pudding bottle into the pot and water together to boil it. Boil it for around 15 minutes and stop the heat. Let it inside the pot for awhile and then take it out. Let it cold down before you put into the fridge. Serve it cold.

Look nice or not ? Hahahahaha...

Above ingredients can make 2 of this small bottle pudding.

Wish you guys enjoy it~ Nom nom nom!
